Primary Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated ability to design, configure, and deploy SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions, including workflows, connectors, and custom rules.
- Troubleshooting complex identity issues and implementing scalable, secure solutions.
- Effectively partners with cross-functional teams including security, compliance, and application owners to deliver IAM solutions aligned with business needs.
- Applies best practices in identity governance, access control, and risk mitigation throughout the development lifecycle.
- Delivers high-quality code with thorough documentation and adheres to change management and version control standards.
- Stays current with emerging IAM trends, SailPoint updates, and security frameworks to drive innovation and improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement identity governance solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
- Configure and customize SailPoint components such as connectors, workflows, rules, roles, policies, and certifications.
- Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications (e.g., Active Directory, databases, cloud platforms) for automated provisioning and deprovisioning.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 16 years' experience in a related field
- Ability to develop and maintain custom SailPoint rules (e.g., provisioning, correlation, and certification rules) using Java, BeanShell and REST/SOAP APIs for customizing and integrating SailPoint solutions.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to identity lifecycle events, access provisioning, and system integrations.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, compliance, and application owners to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions.
- Experience documenting technical designs, configurations, and procedures to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
- Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools such as CyberArk, and secrets management platforms like HashiCorp Vault or Azure Key Vault.
- Experience integrating SailPoint with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure AD/Entra ID, AWS IAM, Okta).
- Knowledge of directory services such as Active Directory, LDAP, and database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
USD 99,000.00 - 165,000.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $99,000.00 - $165,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
