The Role

Pharos is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to support and grow relationships with an established customer base.

This role is focused on maintaining trusted customer partnerships, supporting long-term success, and identifying opportunities for continued engagement over time. You will work with business customers in a variety of environments and be expected to balance relationship management with business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating complex situations, communicates effectively across stakeholders, and demonstrates sound judgment in how they approach their work. You should be able to operate independently, know when to seek alignment, and apply what you learn across situations.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $120,000 – $125,000 base salary + bonus
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, & vision coverage, retirement plan, and paid time off

Location & Travel

Location: This position is open to candidates based in and authorized to work in the United States. While remote candidates will be considered, preference may be given to those located in or near Rochester, NY, with the ability to work in a hybrid model (approximately one day per week in the office).

Travel: Limited travel is expected (up to 10%), including occasional domestic and rare international travel. Candidates must be eligible to travel outside of the United States.
