Own the full product lifecycle for Pharos’s mature PrintOps product, including understanding legacy behavior, setting roadmap priorities, guiding expansion into two new markets, engaging enterprise customers, translating product direction into engineering work, and aligning Sales, Support, Customer Success, Services, and Marketing. The role requires practical use of AI for discovery, research, synthesis, documentation, and epic development.

Own strategic relationships with enterprise sellers at a major hardware partner, enabling them to attach Pharos software to customer deals. Build and manage a seller network, nurture relationships, support technical sales conversations, position product value, identify opportunities, and influence partner-sourced revenue ranging from small wins to seven-figure enterprise deals. The role operates remotely without direct reports or ownership of the final deal.
