Your Impact
• Maintain large volume of SaaS renewals with high call and email volume daily
• Working with customers to resolve any issues which may be preventing them from maintaining a relationship with SolarWinds
• Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the SolarWinds value proposition, suggest suitable growth solutions, and negotiate pricing
• Following up on assigned customer SaaS renewal quotes and/or generate custom quotes and present to the customer
• Driving SaaS renewal opportunities to close prior to service expiration through detailed funnel management
• Manage, maintain, and communicate accurate customer and pipeline records within a CRM and to Sales/Renewals leadership
• Operate internally as a liaison with cross-functional teams to share key customer feedback and insights to improve customer experience and further investments
• Achieve monthly quotas and quarterly targets
Your Experience
• Passion for sales and SaaS based selling experience

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and track multiple issues
• Enjoys working in a fast paced, team focused environment
• Previous experience with CRM - NetSuite and SalesForce are a plus
