Position Overview
The Senior CSA Engineer at Micron has an outstanding opportunity to lead and influence the future of our world-class projects! You will be responsible for coordinating civil, structural, and architectural works throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring strict compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project schedules. This role requires outstanding coordination with cross-functional teams, contractors, and partners to ensure flawless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Management
- Manage CSA scope from build review to construction execution and final handover
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
- Ensure alignment with project achievements and schedule targets
Design Review & Coordination
- Review CSA drawings, specifications, and BOQ for accuracy and constructability
- Coordinate with design consultants and collaborators for build optimization
- Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
Construction Management
- Supervise contractors' performance, workmanship quality, and site safety
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and permit requirements
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Collaborator Management
- Collaborate with internal teams (MEP, PM, EHS, Procurement) and external parties
- Lead meetings and provide regular progress updates to management
Quality & Safety Control
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications
- Support safety programs and enforce EHS policies on site
AI Innovation
- Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled improvements within one's scope of work
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Civil / Structural / Architectural Engineering or equivalent experience in related fields
- 5+ years of experience in construction or engineering projects (semiconductor/industrial projects preferred)
- Baseline digital proficiency, with the ability to use AI-assisted tools to support research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, or operational tasks relevant to the role
