We are looking for a motivated professional who wants to join our CRM Team as Senior CRM Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Lead retention strategy for client portfolios.
- Define promotional calendars in alignment with business goals and seasonal trends.
- Architect sophisticated automated engagement journeys using behavioral triggers and advanced personalization.
- Conceptualize and launch complex gamification experiences and retention layers.
- Serve as brand guardian and strategic marketing advisor for clients.
- Monitor overall retention health and advise on macro-level optimizations.
- Lead training, process documentation, and cross-departmental initiatives.
- Refine CRM product needs with team management and provide insights to product, data, and client success teams to inform platform evolution.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of iGaming retention strategy and CRM best practices.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, gamification dynamics and how to manipulate all levels of the user funnel (acquisition/conversion/retention/reactivation).
- Expertise in retention metrics, cohort analysis, and revenue-driving mechanics.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Cross-functional collaboration and high client-facing credibility.
- Data-driven decision-making with the ability to translate insights into action.
