Coordinate with agencies, technical teams, product, growth, and support stakeholders while using AI tools to improve segmentation, copy, QA, and reporting.

Build and scale cloud infrastructure supporting developers and distributed applications. Responsibilities include writing Terraform infrastructure as code, managing multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters, creating Helm charts, improving software supply-chain security, troubleshooting deployments and networks, optimizing cloud costs, and contributing to internal developer platforms. Build and operate the company’s reliability lifecycle as its first dedicated SRE. Define SLOs, error budgets, incident processes, production-readiness standards, progressive delivery, disaster recovery, autoscaling, and observability practices. Improve the Elastic-based observability stack, maintain Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure, develop Terraform-based infrastructure, and create secure CI/CD templates. Partner with Cloud Platform, Security, DevEx, and development teams to improve service resilience, deployment safety, capacity, and operational efficiency.

Lead hands-on production of static, motion, and video advertising assets across global platforms. Establish design workflows, templates, tooling standards, and AI-enabled production pipelines; troubleshoot technical issues; ensure quality and platform compliance; support A/B testing and localization; and mentor multidisciplinary designers. The role requires advanced visual, motion, video, audio, and post-production expertise, plus strong portfolio evidence and proficiency with Figma and Adobe tools.

Supports group procurement by managing contract renewals, supplier onboarding, savings tracking, vendor data, quotes, and procurement task execution. Collaborates with FTMO and OANDA sourcing teams to align processes, maintain records, compare prices, prepare contract data, and improve operational efficiency across both organizations.

Support quarterly and annual group consolidation, including consolidation entries, intercompany reconciliations, reporting, audit activities, and statutory follow-up. Provide first-level guidance to international entities on accounting and consolidation matters, coordinate reporting with OANDA and foreign subsidiaries, and support CCH Tagetik implementation. Contribute to finance automation and AI initiatives while helping improve consolidation processes.

Own and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including account structure, keywords, ad copy, bidding, budgets, tracking, testing, and performance analysis. Monitor CPA, spend, conversion quality, and tracking health while partnering with campaign, creative, and product marketing teams. The role requires hands-on direct-response expertise, strong analytical skills, knowledge of GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio, and an interest in regulated financial markets and emerging search technologies.

Adapt approved creative strategies and key visuals into high-volume global digital campaign assets, including static and motion ads for Meta, Google, and YouTube. Ensure pixel-perfect execution, brand consistency, and format accuracy while using After Effects, motion graphics, and generative AI tools to improve production efficiency. Mentor junior designers, review creative output, manage workflows, and support smaller graphic design projects.

Lead and grow an in-house paid media team, managing global PPC, display, mobile, and web advertising strategies. Oversee substantial budgets, vendor relationships, campaign testing, optimization, attribution, ROI, payback, and LTV performance. Establish efficient marketing processes, report funnel performance, drive user acquisition and commercial growth, and mentor media specialists across global markets.

Manage the daily creative production pipeline by triaging requests, prioritizing work, allocating team capacity, updating tickets, resolving scheduling conflicts, and escalating blockers. Coordinate communication among creative, project, and marketing stakeholders, perform brief-based quality checks, monitor workloads and delivery risks, maintain process compliance, and suggest workflow improvements.

Own and scale the creative team’s end-to-end pipeline operations, including request intake, prioritization, capacity planning, workflow governance, tooling, automation, stakeholder coordination, and KPI tracking. The role partners with creative and project management leadership, improves production processes across stakeholders, and may gradually assume leadership of the traffic team.

Process accounting documents and routine transactions, verify payment orders, and support quarterly closings, annual financial statements, and audits. Handle ad hoc finance tasks and collaborate with Controlling. The role requires basic accounting and tax knowledge, familiarity with Helios iNuvio or Pohoda, basic Excel skills, attention to detail, and fluent Czech with communicative English.

Develop and maintain legacy PHP systems and modern microservices while orchestrating AI coding agents to improve developer productivity. Mentor engineers through workshops and pair programming, optimize AI development workflows, collaborate with the AI Lead, and ensure code quality using PHPStan, PHPUnit, design patterns, SOLID principles, and Domain-Driven Design.

Manage full accounting for holding and core companies, including monthly and quarterly closings, reconciliations, postings, provisions, accruals, VAT and OSS filings, annual and consolidated financial statements, fixed assets, audit support, and accounting policies. Lead junior accountants, collaborate with Controlling and IT teams, maintain compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and handle finance-related tasks.

Own end-to-end marketing strategy for assigned products, partnering with Product Managers to align roadmaps with market needs. Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and market trends; optimize the customer journey; and translate complex trading features into clear, value-based messaging. The role requires strong ownership, prioritization, communication in Czech and English, customer focus, and interest in learning the trading industry.

Define and roll out group-wide QA standards and frameworks, embed shift-left QA across the SDLC, collaborate with SRE on SLIs/SLOs and observability, drive test automation and CI/CD integration, mentor QA tech leads, and promote shared responsibility for quality.

Execute end-to-end compliance monitoring across business functions for OANDA, assess internal controls, draft monitoring reports, design testing procedures, drive remediation with operational teams, provide regulatory guidance on FCA rules, and promote a risk-aware culture across the organisation.

Design and own FTMO's AI development harness and agent-first SDLC; run PoCs and productionize agent-driven workflows; build AI infrastructure (model routing, sandboxes, secrets, observability); create eval loops and CI integration; raise departmental AI fluency and evaluate new models and tooling.

Serve as technical leader for corporate IT: ensure availability, performance, and security of core systems; lead design and automation initiatives; evaluate emerging technologies; mentor systems administrators; run trainings; translate technical topics for non-technical stakeholders; provide technical oversight on infrastructure projects.

Own brand positioning for a specific trader segment: use market research and consumer insights to localize FTMO's global brand, ensure messaging credibility, monitor competitors and trends, set performance metrics, and collaborate with Product and Marketing to maximize business impact.
