Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Lead discovery and delivery, translate company goals into OKRs/KPIs, collaborate cross-functionally, collect user feedback, use data to measure impact, and communicate plans across the organization.

Lead social media strategy and content creation across platforms, run A/B tests and analytics to optimize performance, oversee community management, spot trends in trading/markets, and collaborate with creative teams using tools like Asana, Figma, HubSpot, and YouTube Studio.

Lead design and build of anti-fraud and data integrity systems for a crypto-native product: real-time pipelines, graph-based on-chain analysis, statistical correlation engines, economic defense modeling, composite risk scoring, behavioral signal collection, and internal tooling for investigation and review.

Maintain and build cloud platform infrastructure: write Terraform IaC, operate and scale Kubernetes clusters, troubleshoot distributed backend networking and deployments, create Helm charts, support CI/CD, cost optimize cloud resources, and contribute to developer tooling and portals.

Lead PHP engineer who builds and orchestrates AI agents to boost developer productivity. Mentor engineers, run workshops, and work hands-on in a legacy PHP monolith and new microservices while ensuring code quality with tools like PHPStan and PHPUnit. Collaborate with the AI Lead and use GitLab CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, Redis, Kafka, and monitoring tools to deploy solutions.

Manage and optimize FTMO's CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot). Build email campaigns, automated workflows, and segmented lists. Own lead management and lifecycle marketing, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously test and improve communication. Collaborate internally using Czech and externally in English; learn trading domain as needed.

Develop and maintain RESTful microservices and internal APIs using PHP 8 and Symfony/Slim. Write testable, type-safe code, participate in code reviews, implement automated tests, and work in agile domain teams. Contribute to cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, and modernize legacy monoliths while adopting new technologies and sharing knowledge across the team.

Lead launch and strategic management of programmatic advertising via DV360, design automation within RTB tools, optimize performance campaigns, manage audience and brand safety, perform advanced analytics (CM360, GA4), and expand FTMO brand into new markets while collaborating across creative and BI teams.
