Own and build the group knowledge base from scratch: design information architecture, run content curation with SMEs, define AI-ready content rules, wire the KB into internal AI tooling (RAG, agents, MCP), train knowledge champions, measure KB health, and scope and grow an AI Knowledge function into a team.

Lead social media strategy and content creation across platforms, run A/B tests and analytics to optimize performance, oversee community management, spot trends in trading/markets, and collaborate with creative teams using tools like Asana, Figma, HubSpot, and YouTube Studio.

Design and own FTMO's AI development harness and agent-first SDLC; run PoCs and productionize agent-driven workflows; build AI infrastructure (model routing, sandboxes, secrets, observability); create eval loops and CI integration; raise departmental AI fluency and evaluate new models and tooling.

Build and run FTMO's internal learning programs: AI adoption, security awareness, SaaS enablement, LMS implementation, competency mapping, change management, and measurable impact reporting.

Lead design and build of anti-fraud and data integrity systems for a crypto-native product: real-time pipelines, graph-based on-chain analysis, statistical correlation engines, economic defense modeling, composite risk scoring, behavioral signal collection, and internal tooling for investigation and review.

Own brand positioning for a specific trader segment: use market research and consumer insights to localize FTMO's global brand, ensure messaging credibility, monitor competitors and trends, set performance metrics, and collaborate with Product and Marketing to maximize business impact.

Provide administrative and operational support to the legal team: manage document database, track corporate changes and deadlines, support filings, draft routine documents (POA, NDAs), handle vendor onboarding and KYC, assist with straightforward legal research, and streamline processes using AI and automation.

Provide legal research and business advisory on compliance, IT/IP, data privacy and AI regulation; draft and review policies, regulatory filings, product and marketing materials; negotiate vendor contracts; assist with KYC/onboarding and vendor due diligence; support other corporate, M&A, real estate, and labour law matters as needed.
