Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Maintain existing and develop relationships with Hong Kong/China companies for corporate pitching initiatives, working in close partnership with Research and Investment Banking teams where necessary.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Analysts, onshore Corporate Access teams, and Hong Kong/China corporates in coordinating roadshows, expert meetings, access days, forums, and other corporate access events.
- Manage bespoke requests from Sales, Clients, and Corporates, including arranging trips, one-on-one calls/meetings, and expert engagements.
- Plan and oversee the pipeline of group tours and access days in coordination with Sales and Research teams.
- Responsible for the end-to-end management of Corporate Access events, including:
- Booking travel, accommodation, and ground transportation arrangements.
- Ensuring the availability of event materials and equipment.
- Coordinating event schedules with corporates and clients.
- Entering event details into CLSA systems accurately.
- Validating and processing invoices.
- Oversee corporate invitations to flagship conferences, notably the annual Investor Forum in Q3.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with onshore Sales, Analysts, and Corporate Access teams.
- Contribute to the preparation and presentation of management reports and participate in relevant meetings.
Requirements
- Postgraduate or above, ideally in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of previous related experience (in buy/sell side corporate access, investor relations in a listed company etc.)
- Strong IT skills - Excel, PowerPoint
- Relevant working experience of working with corporate management and IR
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload commercially
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Corporate Access Manager
