The Role
As a Senior Consultant – Consultancy, you will contribute to the analysis, design, and delivery of client solutions across a wide range of consulting engagements.
You will work within teams to structure problems, develop insights, and support execution of strategies and transformation initiatives, while ensuring high-quality deliverables and strong client outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyze business problems and structure solutions using established methodologies
• Collaborate with specialists to support strategy development and execution
• Optimize client processes and support change and transformation initiatives
• Deliver high‑quality work products and contribute to client satisfaction
• Maintain strong attention to detail while understanding broader business context
• Lead small teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Facilitate discussions and support decision-making in client engagements
• Communicate insights clearly through written and verbal deliverables

Experience & Expertise

• Experience in consulting, business analysis, or transformation environments
• Exposure to structured problem-solving and solution delivery

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to structure problems and develop actionable solutions
• Strong facilitation and collaboration capability

Technical & Professional Skills

• Experience using consulting methodologies and frameworks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio)
• Ability to develop structured documentation and reports

Business & Client Knowledge

• Awareness of sector challenges and opportunities
• Ability to articulate consulting offerings and value propositions

Additional Requirements

• Strong organization and time management skills
• Structured working approach and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel

Education

• MBA preferred
