Qualifications
7+ years of overall experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry/ biology/Life Science or Technical field
5-7 years of relevant experience in projects involving enterprise analytics systems, ideally from inception through completion or relevant scientific bench experience specifically in pharmacology or similar experience working as a scientific applications support expert in this space, or a combination thereof.
Customer facing experience in deploying COTS enterprise systems or SaaS solutions
Special Skills & Knowledge
Experience in implementing Revvity Signals Notebook and Signals One modules in global accounts(preferred)
Experience deploying TIBCO Spotfire® or similar visual analytics enterprise software
Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers, clarifying requirements, and presenting to stakeholders.
Ability to travel and work at customer sites required – >20%
Knowledge of laboratory workflows and scientific data management practices.
Demonstrated ability to balance technical expertise with customer relationship management.
experience in validating computer systems in a regulated environment.
