Drive Philippine credit solution consulting services with aim to probe and identify clients' critical business issues, develop solutions to address the clients' needs and support solution developmentRole Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Market & Regulatory Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of the macroeconomic and market factors affecting credit lending, including emerging trends, regulatory requirements, lenders’ internal processes, and data capabilities. Apply this knowledge to solution design and implementation.
- Client Needs Assessment: Collaborate with account managers, specialists, and data scientists to identify client needs, conduct relevant data analysis, and address key business challenges for qualified accounts through targeted use cases.
- Solution Articulation & Client Feedback: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that communicate solution capabilities and expected return on investment. Capture the voice of the customer to refine materials and identify new use cases.
- Data-Driven Solution Design: Analyze credit behavior data, alternative data, and TransUnion solutions to develop insights and recommendations aligned with lenders’ needs and use cases.
- Innovation & Product Development: Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in exploring new ideas and technologies. Translate analytical insights and solution concepts into clear product development requirements for the product team.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Client-Facing Capabilities
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and client needs, with proven skills in storytelling, data interpretation, and presentation.
Industry Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in banking, financial services, or consulting.
- At least three years of experience in credit or analytics consulting is highly desirable.
Technical Proficiency
- Advanced computer literacy, programming experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with statistical tools or programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python is preferred.
