Summary:
In this role, you will use expertise in analytics and consulting to lead work efforts that drive client value within Indirect Spend Advisory. You will deliver insightful analysis and strategic guidance that influences client decision making and behaviors while planning and managing initiatives, workstreams, and projects. You will build trusted relationships with client leaders, facilitate discussions to drive alignment, and contribute to business development and the evolution of consulting products, tools, and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Lead analytics-driven initiatives that deliver strategic insight and measurable value for clients.
Analyze complex data sets and communicate findings through clear, compelling storytelling that influences decision making.
Plan and oversee initiative activities to solve complex business problems and generate actionable insights.
Lead Indirect Spend projects and workstreams to achieve results aligned with statement of work goals.
Manage project scope, strategy development, implementation timing, and ongoing communications.
Identify and escalate barriers to project success to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Facilitate meetings and discussions with client leadership to drive alignment and informed decisions.
Mentor junior consultants on data interpretation, analytical techniques, and consulting best practices.
Contribute to the evolution of services, tools, methodologies, and intellectual capital to support sales and practice growth.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience required, consulting experience preferred.
Demonstrated success consulting with/in indirect spend or purchased services within a healthcare provider environment.
Expertise in analytics-driven consulting and strategic advisory services.
Ability to interpret complex data, perform analytical storytelling, and develop actionable insights (i.e. roadmaps) for senior and executive-level audiences.
Ability to identify key stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and meet project timelines.
Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
