You will:
- Help implement applied research projects in both public and private sectors;
- Provide valuable input to policymakers and decision-makers;
- Collaborate with experts from different fields;
- Analyze numerical data and tables while identifying insights beyond the raw figures;
- Ask critical questions and provide recommendations tailored to the research context;
- Write clear, logical, and substantive analytical reports;
- Create graphs and visualizations that are accurate, easy to understand, and visually appealing.
Requirements:
- You enjoy challenging, exciting, and socially significant projects;
- You have a master's degree and at least 2 years of experience conducting analyses;
- You are systematic, analytical, proactive, and solution oriented;
- In addition to MS Excel, proficiency in at least one data processing program (e.g. STATA, R) is an advantage;
- You are enthusiastic about details but also see the big picture;
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Estonian and English;
- You communicate freely with both your team members and clients, are not afraid of public speaking, and can persuasively justify your choices;
- Experience in project management, proficiency in qualitative methods, and communication-level proficiency in Russian are advantageous;
- Ability to work in the office in Tallinn or Tartu 3 days/week.
