The RoleAs a part-time (0,6) InPlay Analyst in Tallinn, Estonia, you will help deliver accurate, real-time sports data from live events around the world. You will monitor live matches, collect and validate data, and ensure the quality and reliability of the information used by our customers.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sport, has excellent attention to detail, and can stay focused in a fast-paced environment. As part of our Operations team, you will play an important role in maintaining the high standards our products are known for.
What You'll Do- Monitor live sports events and collect real-time data accurately and efficiently
- Use your sports knowledge to support the quality of live event coverage
- Follow established processes and data standards
- Identify and report any issues that may affect data quality or service delivery
- Maintain a high level of concentration and accuracy during live events
- Provide clear and timely reports on operational issues during your shift
- Work scheduled shifts of 3–12 hours within a 06:00–00:00 window, based on live event timing
- Strong knowledge of a variety of sports, especially football
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong focus and concentration during live event coverage
- Good reporting and communication skills, with excellent English
- A flexible and resourceful approach to problem-solving, working independently while contributing to team success
- Availability mainly on weekends (with some days off built in monthly) — ideal for students or those balancing other commitments
- Experience monitoring and analysing live sports events
- Familiarity with real-time sports data products and processes
The monthly salary for this part-time role ranges from €894 to €1278 gross. This role will also be eligible to take part in Genius Sports Group's benefits plan.
