We are seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to manage the operational execution of Honeywell’s AI Governance, Data Privacy, and Cybersecurity compliance programs.
From DSR fulfillment and Article 30 records of processing to AI governance approvals and cross-border transfer assessments, this role supports Honeywell’s evolving digital compliance initiatives and helps the company meet compliance obligations while supporting efficient business execution.
You will report into the Regulatory Legal Team and will work out of our Prague location on a Hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage data subject rights workflows, including intake, tracking, and escalation to the Data Privacy Legal team.
- Perform or coordinate privacy assessments, including PIAs, DPIAs, and DTIAs, and maintain Article 30 records of processing inventories.
- Provide operational support for routine HR, LER, marketing, procurement, product, and IT privacy matters, including training, vendor diligence, and validation of data rights and consents.
- Manage the translation and deployment of privacy notices and responses to customer privacy questionnaires.
- Support privacy incidents and internal investigations, including documentation and tracking.
- Support process improvements in OneTrust, including the Honeywell cookie classification process.
- Prepare quarterly data privacy calls and report program compliance metrics and KPIs to leadership.
- Maintain global DPO and DPA registration trackers, support periodic registrations, and ensure new legal entities accede to the intragroup data transfer agreement.
- Manage intake, triage, and tracking for Responsible AI governance requests and route matters to the appropriate members of the Responsible AI Governance team.
- Support cybersecurity legal and compliance operations by maintaining documentation and audit logs for security incidents and data breaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in privacy compliance operations, compliance program management, or other technology/digital compliance roles.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex issues quickly and communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience supporting operational workflows such as assessments, intake triage, records management, and escalation tracking.
