Snowflake is looking for a Senior EMEA GTM Communications Manager, focused on building and delivering internal and external narratives for key parts of GTM leadership. The role will play a critical role in shaping and amplifying Snowflake’s voice across the region, connecting our go-to-market strategy to the real-world impact we deliver for customers.

The Senior EMEA GTM Communications Manager brings this story to life by translating complex innovation into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with current and potential customers, partners, employees across EMEA.

By driving strategic communications programmes, this role supports Snowflake’s awareness and growth ambitions in the region, ensuring consistent, high-impact messaging across markets. At the same time, it plays a key role internally, aligning cross-functional teams around shared priorities, reinforcing company strategy and enabling regional teams to communicate with clarity and confidence.

This is a highly collaborative role at the intersection of GTM leadership, marketing, and corporate communications, ideal for someone who thrives on turning business strategy into meaningful storytelling that builds reputation, drives engagement and supports Snowflake’s mission to help every organisation be data-driven.

This new role will report directly to the Director of EMEA Communications and be a key part of a small but ambitious team, seeking to accelerate awareness, relevance, trust and reputation of Snowflake in key regional territories.

EMEA Communications supports Snowflake’s regional growth by building and disseminating creative and locally-relevant narratives that clarify Snowflake’s purpose and value and manage company reputation. In partnership with leadership stakeholders, this role will lead and deliver programmes to cement Snowflake’s positioning as the enterprise-ready data and AI platform in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the GTM communications strategy across EMEA, aligning to regional business priorities and Snowflake’s global communications framework

  • Partner with EMEA senior leadership, across sales, solutions engineering and marketing, to shape and elevate their external profiles, developing messaging, thought leadership and a steady cadence of visibility opportunities

  • Create and execute compelling storytelling that brings Snowflake’s value to life, connecting our data and AI platform to customer outcomes, AI innovation, and regional growth

  • Act as a trusted advisor to regional stakeholders, providing hands-on support and strategic counsel on messaging, positioning and key communications moments

  • Partner with global communications teams to adapt and amplify corporate programmes for EMEA audiences, ensuring relevance and impact

  • Lead the execution of key regional moments, including events, leadership announcements, customer stories and externally-facing initiatives

  • Monitor media, industry trends and the competitive landscape, using insights to refine messaging and identify opportunities

  • Track and report on performance, demonstrating impact and continuously optimising communications activity

  • The role requires 3 days onsite in our Snowflake Offices

What you’ll bring

  • 8+ years of experience in communications, ideally within B2B technology, cloud, data, or AI sectors

  • Proven track record of defining and leading strategic communications programmes that drive measurable business impact and support go-to-market priorities

  • Demonstrated success in building executive visibility and thought leadership platforms across media, speaking engagements and owned channels

  • Strong experience partnering with senior executives, with the credibility and judgement to provide strategic counsel, shape narratives and influence positioning

  • Exceptional storytelling and editorial skills, with the ability to translate complex technologies into clear, differentiated and compelling narratives

  • Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels, setting direction while remaining close to delivery and quality of output

  • Experience collaborating with global communications teams to shape and localise programmes for regional impact

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage complex programmes, multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

  • Data-driven approach, with experience defining success metrics, evaluating performance and using insights to continuously optimise strategy

  • Confident, proactive and collaborative, with strong influencing skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
