The Senior Communications Manager is responsible for partnering closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Medical Officer to bring the business strategy to life in service of our mission, Relentlessly Reimagine Healthcare, One Diagnosis at a Time. This role is critical in aligning and energizing the global commercial organization and MedSci team of ~4,000 associates around a shared strategy, direction, and ambition.

As part of the Global Communications team, the Senior Communications Manager delivers a strong cadence – content, channels, and rhythm – that reinforces strategy, culture, and alignment across regions. The ideal candidate is an experienced communicator who distills complex topics into actionable messages and supports leaders through integrated, omni-channel communications. The role translates a bold commercial and clinical agenda into clear, compelling communication, using expert storytelling to mobilize teams, build trust, and drive focus, momentum, and results.

This position reports to the Director, Global Communications and is part of the Global Communications Team. This role will be based in a European country and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and execute strategic internal communication plans that drive alignment and collaboration. Deliver timely, relevant communications that inform, engage, and energize associates.

  • Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to create high-profile, high-impact communications. Influence stakeholders and communicate challenging concepts with clarity and confidence.

  • Craft compelling narratives that connect business strategy to day-to-day execution

  • Create content that supports the Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Medical Officer’s internal and external social media presence

  • Lead complex communication projects and develop strategy for execution. Anticipate business challenges and recommend process improvements and solutions.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience, or Master’s degree with multiple years of experience

  • Proven experience developing communication programs that engage, motivate, and align employees

  • Global project management experience, with the ability to work across multiple lines of business and diverse cultures

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, bringing urgency, energy, and accountability to the work

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Up to 50% international travel; must be within commuting distance of a major European airport

  • Primary working hours aligned to Central European Time, with flexibility to support global time zones

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

  • Fluency in English is required; native fluency is not required

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Corporate communications, preferably within healthcare, life sciences, or diagnostics
