Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, pragmatic and commercially minded Senior Commercial Legal Advisor to support all business units across the Americas region. This role will partner closely with internal stakeholders (commercial teams, tax, finance, etc.) and, when needed, external parties (external counsel, suppliers, hotels, etc.) to help drive the company’s strategic and operational objectives.

Key responsibilities include delivering high‑quality contract support, advising on cross‑border legal matters for strategic projects, and identifying, monitoring and mitigating legal risks within the area of responsibility. The ideal candidate brings strong in‑house experience, the ability to manage high‑volume work with excellent attention to detail, and the resilience to operate effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support across business units in the region and act as a key advisor for internal stakeholders.
  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements to support business objectives.
  • Advise on cross‑border legal implications for strategic and operational projects.
  • Identify, monitor and proactively advise on legal risks within the region.
  • Liaise with internal teams including commercial, tax, finance and operations.
  • Coordinate with external lawyers, suppliers, hotels and other third parties when required.
  • Manage a high volume of legal work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support business decision‑making through practical and pragmatic legal guidance.
  • Contribute to legal frameworks, process improvements and risk‑mitigation initiatives.

Skillset and Experience Required

  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English.
  • Work Approach: Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure; pragmatic and solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • In‑House Experience: Strong background working in‑house, handling high‑volume workloads with strong attention to detail.
  • Industry Advantage: Experience in the travel industry preferred.
  • Business Environment: Experience working within a large multinational company is highly desirable.
