• Drafting and reviewing complex commercial agreements;
• Supporting contract negotiations with global clients;
• Providing legal advisory and strategic guidance to commercial stakeholders.

• Executive Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, effectively conveying complex ideas and project status to senior leadership and stakeholders;
• Autonomy & Ownership: A high level of independence and responsibility. We need a self-starter who can manage their own workflow and drive projects to completion without constant supervision;
• Intellectual Curiosity: Versatility and a genuine curiosity to navigate through diverse legal topics and learn about new markets and products;
• Fluent English: Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory. This is the primary language for our interactions with internal global teams and external clients worldwide.

• Sector Expertise: Familiarity with the payments landscape, banking regulations, or the fintech ecosystem.
• Global Mindset: Experience navigating the complexities of global tech companies and cross-border operation.
