Department OverviewNoggin is a leader in integrated resilience management technology, offering a next-generation, cloud-based platform that protects people and property in the moments that matter. Our award-winning ecosystem seamlessly integrates operational risk management, business continuity, and crisis response into one unified system. As the primary technical bridge in LATAM, you will work within the Business Development function to transform complex challenges into proactive safety solutions, ensuring our customers—from stadiums to universities—are always at their best.
Job Description
We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer with a deep background in SaaS Software Solutions to spearhead our growth in the LATAM region. This is strictly a business-process-centric position requiring a consultant’s mindset; we are looking for a software expert, not an IT infrastructure or hardware specialist. You must have at least 5 years of commercial experience in business or software analysis to handle the functional independence of this regional role.
In this impact-oriented position, you will own the technical narrative during the bid process, from discovery to virtual demonstration. You will engage with prospects to understand their unique operational workflows in Critical Event Management and Physical Security, then use your expertise to configure our low-code platform into a tailored solution. Leveraging your previous experience in software implementation, you will provide accurate Professional Services (PS) estimations and proof-of-concept configurations. While you are not responsible for a sales quota, your ability to translate complex business needs into elegant software solutions is what will drive our mission of "Solving for Safer."
Basic Requirements
Technical Expertise
- SaaS Solution Architecture to design cloud-based workflows that solve complex resilience and crisis challenges
- Low-Code Platform Configuration to rapidly adapt software environments to specific business processes without heavy coding
- PS Estimation to provide accurate scoping and resource projections for professional services engagements
- Advanced English and Spanish Proficiency to collaborate with global product experts and regional stakeholders
- Virtual Demo Delivery to present high-value software solutions to executive-level audiences
Professional Experience
- 5+ Years of Experience in business or software analysis to ensure a deep understanding of commercial software lifecycles
- Resilience Industry Knowledge to speak the language of Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Critical Event Management
- SaaS Pre-Sales to navigate the technical sales lifecycle of business software solutions (Note: This is not an IT/Infrastructure role)
- Software Implementation to apply a practical understanding of how organizations adopt and scale new digital platforms
- Physical Security Event Management to understand the specific needs of large-scale venues, stadiums, and campus environments
- Business Process Discovery to lead meaningful conversations that bridge the gap between "technical features" and "business outcomes"
- Territory Autonomy to manage the LATAM region as a self-sufficient subject matter expert
- Technical Bid Support to document requirements and solution designs for high-value tenders
- Product Feedback Loop to share regional market insights with Product and Marketing teams to refine our safety ecosystem
