Senior Client Partner

The opportunity*

Unity is at the forefront of mobile advertising technology, helping developers and advertisers create thriving ecosystems through our innovative User Acquisition (UA) and monetization solutions. As a Client Partner on the Unity Ads team, you'll manage relationships with top advertisers in the EMEA region, helping them achieve their UA marketing goals and optimize their advertising performance as well as publishers revenue. You'll act as the main point of contact for 360 client management utilizing our suite of solutions, including UnityAds, Offerwall and Unity Levelplay.

This is an exciting role for someone passionate about gaming, mobile advertising, strategy, and relationship-building. You'll play a key part in managing client needs while contributing to Unity's regional growth targets in mobile monetization and performance UA advertising.

What you'll be doing

* Manage and grow a portfolio of gaming advertisers, acting as their main point of contact to drive campaign performance and deliver on revenue goals.

* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Unity’s UA solutions across platforms, while proactively addressing client needs and campaign challenges.

* Partner with internal teams (Product, Performance, Technical Support, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth execution and delivery of advertiser goals.

* Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), providing strategic insights and performance recommendations.

* Represent Unity at key industry events and client meetings to deepen relationships and position Unity as a UA and monetization leader.

*What we're looking for*

* Hands-on experience in mobile advertising, particularly in user acquisition or monetization.

* A proven track record in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales, with measurable revenue success.

* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive optimization strategies.

* Great communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

* Solid presentation skills and confidence in leading performance reviews with clients.

• Comfort juggling multiple priorities and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the gaming industry and its unique UA and Monetization challenges and opportunities.
• A knack for identifying growth opportunities and going beyond the day-to-day to create impact.
• Experience preparing reports and strategic insights for clients and leadership stakeholders.

This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
