Design, build, and operate distributed, real-time data processing systems for Unity’s mobile advertising infrastructure. Own high-throughput attribution pipelines, ad event services, streaming and batch workflows, caching and persistence layers, monitoring, and data quality systems. Lead migration from a legacy event-handling layer to gRPC-based services while ensuring reliability, accuracy, low latency, and production scalability. Collaborate with ML, Reporting, and external partners to investigate and resolve data issues.

Create, review, and improve technical documentation, including user and developer guides, API references, SDK documentation, and code samples. Partner with engineers and product managers to understand complex technologies and produce clear, accurate, user-focused content. Contribute to content strategy and documentation standards, advocate for users during feature development, and coach less experienced writers while collaborating across a globally distributed team.

Develops and executes social media strategies and creates platform-specific visual content, including short-form video, graphics, GIFs, carousels, and trend-driven assets. Manages editorial calendars and publishing, collaborates on campaigns, partners with influencers, and uses performance data to refine creative strategy. The role requires translating complex topics into engaging social-native content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

Lead delivery of Unity Engine’s C#/.NET integration, including GC, JIT, AOT, runtime libraries, and compiler toolchains. Define technical vision, improve performance and reliability, guide cross-functional development, communicate roadmaps and metrics, support users, and mentor team members. The role requires deep C# and C++ expertise, compiler knowledge, hardware architecture understanding, and proprietary game engine development experience.

Investigate, diagnose, and fix Unity bugs across supported platforms. Analyze platform-specific issues, modify and test C++ and C# source code, validate changes on devices and gaming consoles, and collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality fixes. The role also involves building Unity projects, using Git, and supporting projects across desktop, mobile, web, and console platforms.

Build and maintain large-scale machine learning infrastructure, including training-data pipelines, distributed model-training workflows, and orchestrated ML pipelines. The role also involves Android native development, graphics APIs, real-time 3D technologies, and selective use of AI workflows.

Develop and maintain automated and manual testing strategies for Unity’s Embedded OS and platform products. Collaborate with QA, developers, and producers to improve software quality, usability, stability, and test infrastructure. Provide technical feedback, support CI/CD automation, assist community users, and contribute to team growth in an agile environment.

Develop and maintain C# features for Unity’s 2D Editor and runtime, including sprites, tilemaps, animation, graphics, physics, and UGUI. Build structured APIs and tool definitions enabling LLM-based automation, expand automated test coverage, investigate community-reported bugs, evaluate agent performance against creator workflows, and collaborate with global engineering teams. Build and operate Unity’s machine learning infrastructure, including data and feature pipelines, distributed training workflows, orchestration, model serving, monitoring, validation, and testing. The role involves delivering ML platform projects end-to-end, troubleshooting complex pipeline issues, improving reliability and reproducibility, and collaborating with ML engineers, researchers, managers, and partner teams.

Design, develop, deploy, and operate distributed backend systems supporting large-scale, low-latency online model inference. The role owns inference platform technical direction, scalability, reliability, observability, and cloud infrastructure on GCP and Kubernetes. Responsibilities include partnering with ML engineers, optimizing high-throughput services, implementing DevOps and SRE practices, and monitoring production systems with Prometheus and Grafana.

Build and operate large-scale machine learning systems for ads personalization, including ad ranking, conversion-rate prediction, recommendation, behavioral modeling, and bidding optimization. Monitor model quality, calibrate predictions, address data drift and delayed feedback, and guide technical direction and project execution. The role requires collaboration with engineering leads and communication of complex technical concepts to non-engineering stakeholders.

Prepare quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provisions, U.S. federal and multistate tax compliance workpapers, R&D tax credit analyses, tax disclosures, cash-tax forecasts, and SOX controls. Coordinate with external tax advisors, auditors, and internal accounting and finance teams. Improve tax processes, reconciliations, controls, and data workflows using Excel, OneSource Tax Provision, and automation tools.

Administer multi-country benefits programs, respond to employee inquiries via Jira, ensure local regulatory compliance, collaborate with Payroll/Legal and vendors, run audits and enrollments, track documentation, monitor regulatory changes, support annual open enrollment, and recommend process improvements while leveraging AI tools.

Develop and improve Unity Editor tools, including Unity Search and Graph Toolkit, with smoother workflows, better performance, and intuitive interfaces. Build multi-context authoring and visual feedback features, write automated tests, collaborate with UX designers, gather user feedback, translate needs into software requirements, and resolve bugs. The role requires strong C# skills, Unity Editor expertise, automated testing experience, and openness to AI-assisted development tools.

Owns data-driven growth initiatives for self-serve advertisers and publishers, including scaled outbound campaigns, workshops, webinars, experimentation, KPI tracking, and AI-powered workflow automation. Identifies opportunities involving adoption, retention, churn, budget growth, and account progression. Partners with Product, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Account Management, presenting performance insights to stakeholders. This is a six-month maternity cover based in Tel Aviv.

Support SOX compliance, operational audits, and enterprise risk management by documenting processes, identifying risks, and testing business and IT controls. Partner with external auditors and cross-functional business, IT, engineering, and security teams. Advise process owners on control improvements, support technology and operational audits, report findings, and follow up on remediation.
