As Howden continues to grow, we’re strengthening our new business team to drive expansion across the education sector. We’re looking for a driven Senior Account Executive who thrives on winning new clients, building pipelines from scratch, and delivering results.
This role is for someone who enjoys opening doors, developing new relationships, and turning discussions into long-term partnerships. You’ll be supported by an established, credible brand and given genuine autonomy to make a difference.
The Role
Full-time, permanent position
Field-based with regular travel and time in our Cheltenham office (days agreed with the manager)
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Build, manage, and forecast your pipeline
Report on performance and pipeline activity to your manager
Win and grow relationships with senior stakeholders
Generate new opportunities and referrals
What We’re Looking For
2+ years in new business or sales
Proven track record of hitting targets
Confident, credible communicator
Self-starter with strong organisation

PermanentSkills Required
