Drive standardisation, automation and integrations for acquisitions/expansion, coach payroll team members, and ensure data integrity and GDPR compliance.

Advise clients on tailored insurance solutions for personal and small commercial needs, build relationships through consultative conversations, solve unique client problems, pursue industry qualifications with provided training, and grow into sales or leadership roles.

Lead and grow a Wholesale Financial Lines portfolio focused on Professional Indemnity (with Cyber support). Combine day-to-day trading, quoting and placement with management of a delegated underwriting authority (DUA), team leadership, portfolio performance monitoring, insurer relations, and expansion into new sectors while ensuring governance, compliance and scalable processes.

Support the Security & Counterparty team by onboarding clients, insurers and counterparties, maintaining broking system records, producing management information, assisting with questionnaires and projects, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Join Howden's Consumer & Local Commercial team to advise clients, build relationships, and design tailored insurance solutions. The role involves client conversations, problem-solving, selling niche products, and completing on-the-job training and industry qualifications with clear promotion pathways.

Provide third-line support for Workday Financials and T&E, manage changes and testing, support deployments and release testing, liaise with project teams and third-party partners, train new users, and maintain audit-ready configuration and processes for global finance operations.
