Provide and coordinate pre-employment and regulatory screening for new starters and existing employees, ensuring checks meet UKSV standards and GDPR. Track application status, validate information with providers, manage waivers, develop processes and guidance, and liaise with Talent Acquisition to deliver timely, compliant onboarding.

Sell commercial insurance to clients ranging from sole traders to large organisations. Build relationships through networking, marketing and client meetings, identify and develop new business opportunities, provide consultative advice on products and solutions, and work with the Branch Manager to meet branch objectives.

Coordinate and manage regulatory engagement with the FCA and other regulators, prepare SMCR documentation and regulatory applications, oversee and quality-assure FCA returns, support fitness and propriety reviews, and maintain regulatory awareness while liaising with stakeholders across UK Broking businesses.
