Lead AI architecture governance, assess vendors and tooling, provide technical oversight of internal and third-party AI delivery, set standards for agent development, retrieval, prompt engineering, and evaluation, and act as a technical partner to the Head of AI to embed governed, build-first AI capability across the Group.

Manage Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) user lifecycle: create/update/close accounts via Active Directory, monitor SharePoint workflows, update requests in ITSM, maintain JML documentation, support escalations, liaise with IT and Security, and drive continual service improvements on a 7am-7pm rota.
