THE TEAM

The Client Development team at Ticketmaster Switzerland is responsible for driving new business growth by securing strategic partnerships across sports, entertainment, and cultural sectors. The team focuses exclusively on acquiring new clients and expanding Ticketmaster’s market presence.

THE JOB

As a Senior Client Development Manager, you will drive strategic new business growth for Ticketmaster Switzerland by identifying, developing, and closing high-value partnerships across sports, entertainment, and culture.
This is a pure hunter role focused on new client acquisition and deal execution. You will own the full sales cycle and play a key role in expanding Ticketmaster’s footprint in Switzerland.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities in the Swiss market

  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline

  • Lead the full sales cycle from outreach to contract closure

  • Negotiate with senior stakeholders including promoters and venues

  • Develop tailored commercial proposals

  • Drive contract negotiations and closing phases

  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Consulting, and Product

  • Monitor market trends and growth opportunities

  • Represent Ticketmaster in industry networks

  • Maintain CRM tracking, forecasting, and reporting

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (OR TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong B2B sales or business development experience

  • Proven ability to close complex deals

  • Experience with sales pipelines and forecasting

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Experience with C-level stakeholders

  • Salesforce or CRM experience

  • Fluent Swiss German, French and communicable English is required, Italian a plus
