Job DescriptionGlobal ERP Transformation | 12-18 Month Contract
As part of an ambitious five-year strategic growth programme, TOMRA Food is delivering a major global ERP transformation. We’re looking for a Senior Change Manager in our office in Leuven to lead the people and adoption workstream across Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific.
This is a hands-on delivery role, not advisory. You will be embedded within the programme, working closely with program and project management, and senior stakeholders across finance, manufacturing and sales to ensure new ERP-enabled processes are adopted and sustained.
This is a long-term freelance engagement on a high-profile, business-critical transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the Change Management strategy for IFS Cloud / IFS Applications programmes.
- Conduct organisational impact assessments and define structured change, communication and adoption plans
- Work in close coordination with system integrator-provided and local change management resources, aligning approaches, coordinating activities and ensuring a consistent, integrated change effort across the programme.
- Collaborate with IFS programme leadership, functional leads and business stakeholders globally.
- Drive user readiness and adoption through targeted change initiatives.
- Align closely with training, data migration, testing, and deployment workstreams.
- Develop and execute communication plans, stakeholder messaging and engagement activities.
- Identify resistance, change risks and adoption challenges, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Support go-live, hypercare and post–go-live stabalisation activities.
- Define and track adoption metrics, reporting on change effectiveness and business readiness.
About You:
- Proven experience delivering change management on large-scale ERP programmes (IFS experience highly desirable).
- Strong understanding of ERP Cloud Applications environments.
- Experience supporting business transformation and process change.
- Hands-on delivery of change, communication and adoption strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently in global, remote, or hybrid project environments.
- Fluent in English
Desirable Experience:
- Direct experience with IFS Cloud roll-outs.
- Knowledge of structured change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Exposure to training strategies, user enablment, or power user training models.
- Experience in multi-country or multi-entity ERP programmes.
- Background in manufacturing and/or service-driven organisations.
