As a Data Analyst, you will help organizations turn complex data into meaningful insights and practical business solutions. You will work at the intersection of data, technology and business, supporting clients in improving data foundations, processes and decision-making.
In this role, you will contribute to data-driven transformation initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, data teams and technology teams. You will combine hands-on data preparation and analysis with project management and a strong understanding of business needs.
What you will doData Analysis & PreparationCollect, combine and prepare data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting.
Design, maintain and optimize data flows and transformation processes.
Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies and opportunities.
Translate business questions into data-driven analyses and practical recommendations.
Investigate data quality issues and work with data owners and providers to resolve them.
Develop dashboards, visualizations and analytical outputs to support business decision-making.
Analyze existing data processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
Contribute to the redesign and optimization of data flows and analytical processes.
Support data migration and transformation initiatives, including the transition to new data environments and tools.
Challenge existing ways of working and propose innovative and scalable solutions.
Help establish robust and sustainable data foundations.
Manage and coordinate data-related activities and project deliverables.
Work closely with business users, data providers, IT teams and other stakeholders across different functions and locations.
Translate business and operational requirements into clear data solutions.
Plan, monitor and communicate progress, risks and dependencies.
Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis or data-related transformation projects.
Experience in project management or project delivery is required.
Hands-on experience with Dataiku is required.
Knowledge of Alteryx is required.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau is a strong plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
Comfortable working with multiple data sources, data preparation and ETL/data transformation processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Curious, proactive and eager to understand new business domains and processes.
A Master's degree in a quantitative, technical or analytical field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a strong plus.
This is a hybrid consulting role with regular on-site work at the client. You will work from the client's premises on a regular basis to collaborate with stakeholders, understand business needs and ensure effective delivery.
