We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to drive digital transformation across our revenue operations landscape. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Channel to design and deliver scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technology—owning requirements, shaping solution design, and enabling end-to-end processes including Pricing, Rebates, and Marketing Development Funds (MDF).
What you’ll be doing:
Partner with business stakeholders to understand, challenge, and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional design
Design and deliver solutions across Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, or custom apps)
Drive Marketing Development Fund (MDF) and Rebates processes, including claims, accruals, approvals, and payouts
Collaborate with architects, developers, and admins to ensure clean, scalable system design
Support UAT, training, and change management to ensure successful adoption
Act as a trusted advisor to business teams, influencing process improvements and best practices
Ensure alignment with broader Order-to-Cash (O2C) and revenue operations systems (e.g., ERP integrations)
What we need to see:
8 plus years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
Bachelors or Master's degree, or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
Strong expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reporting)
Proven ability to translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
Experience working in cross-functional enterprise environments
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and platform capabilities
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, or Business Analyst)
Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Hands-on experience with Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and Channel /Customer Rebates programs: Claims processing, approvals, fund allocation, and tracking; Integration with finance systems for accruals and payouts
Experience with indirect channel programs, partner portals, or Experience Cloud
Familiarity with pricing, promotions, and incentive management processes

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 144,000 USD - 230,000 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
