Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and operationally driven Sr. Manager, Marketing PMO to lead and scale the operational infrastructure that powers our marketing organization. This role will serve as the connective layer across all marketing functions and key cross-functional stakeholders—driving alignment, prioritization, execution excellence, and scalable ways of working during a period of accelerated growth and organizational evolution.
Reporting into the Head of Growth & Engagement Marketing, this leader will oversee the marketing PMO function and guide a team of project managers and coordinators responsible for campaign operations, planning, and workflow execution. The role will work alongside their team and key marketing partners to elevate how marketing operates by building integrated planning frameworks, scalable governance models, operational rigor, and enterprise-wide visibility that enable the organization to execute with greater speed, clarity, and impact.

What You’ll Do
Lead and Evolve the Marketing PMO Function: Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Marketing PMO function, building scalable operating models, governance structures, and delivery frameworks that elevate organizational maturity across planning, prioritization, resource management, and execution oversight. Lead and mentor a high-performing PMO team while driving operational excellence across the marketing organization.
Drive Enterprise Marketing Planning & Integrated Operations: Oversee quarterly planning, campaign planning, roadmap management, and organizational prioritization across marketing functions, ensuring alignment between business objectives, resource allocation, delivery timelines, and execution priorities. Lead cross-functional planning cadences and operational reviews that improve transparency, accountability, and decision-making.
Connect Marketing Ways of Working Across Teams: Harmonize workflows and operating rhythms across Product Marketing, Creative & Content, Communications, Channel Marketing, Growth & Engagement, Events, and other functions by implementing scalable processes, governance models, intake systems, and collaboration frameworks that improve execution quality and reduce operational friction.
Partner Cross-Functionally to Drive Strategic Execution: Serve as a strategic operational partner across business, product & technology, finance, legal, operations, and customer service teams, leading complex cross-functional initiatives while proactively identifying organizational risks, execution gaps, resource constraints, and process inefficiencies to ensure alignment with company and GTM priorities.
Optimize Tools, Reporting & Operational Visibility: Own and evolve the marketing organization’s work management ecosystem, including Asana and related operational tools, while developing executive dashboards, reporting frameworks, operational KPIs, templates, playbooks, and AI-enabled workflows that improve visibility, consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the organization.
Champion Continuous Improvement & Organizational Excellence: Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement by leading operational transformation initiatives, driving adoption of new tools and processes through effective change management, and continuously refining marketing operating models to support evolving business needs and future growth.
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $139,000 - $225,000. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set. Who You Are
10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, PMO, Program Management, Business Operations, or related fields, including 3–5 years of people leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Proven success leading and scaling PMO or operational functions within fast-paced, matrixed organizations, with the ability to connect strategic goals to scalable execution frameworks and operational processes.
Deep understanding of integrated marketing organizations, campaign operations, GTM planning, and cross-functional execution, including experience building enterprise planning processes, governance models, and operational frameworks.
Strong cross-functional collaborator, systems thinker, and change leader with experience aligning stakeholders, navigating complexity, and driving organizational transformation in high-growth environments.
Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional programs with competing priorities, strong operational rigor, and the ability to translate data and complexity into clear recommendations, action plans, and executive-level communication.
Expertise with work management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Workfront, Smartsheet, Airtable, or similar platforms.
Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, Agile certification, advanced degree, or equivalent operational leadership experience is a plus.
