The Texas Health and Human Services Commission Information Technology Division is seeking a Business Analyst 2 to provide business and systems analysis in support of the retirement of the Client Assignment and Registration (CARE) system and migration of legacy components to future applications. This role requires a highly skilled communicator to serve as a project-focused technical business analyst translating complex business processes, screens, and data flows into clear, testable, traceable, and technically actionable requirements, building business process flow diagrams and visuals.
This position will support the transition of CARE functions from a legacy mainframe environment into modern, modular, Medicaid Enterprise System-aligned solutions. The CARE Program of IT projects includes several concurrent, coordinated workstreams.
