Lead modernization of Georgia DECAL’s mission-critical licensing and eligibility platform from legacy ASP.NET to modern .NET and Azure architectures. Responsibilities include designing and optimizing queries, managing ETL processes and data warehouses, validating data loads, investigating production incidents, correcting defects, conducting testing, supporting deployments, documenting solutions, and communicating technical findings to stakeholders. The role requires independent analysis of complex database and data-quality issues, performance tuning, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with developers, analysts, DBAs, business users, and support teams.

Resolves performance, capacity, replication, and distributed-data issues.
