Senior Business Operations Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team in New York City. This is a critical, high-impact role that will shape the efficiency and scalability of our operational processes, ensuring seamless execution across teams and levels within the company. As part of the Business Operations & Growth Strategy team, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to optimize workflows, improve operational performance, and drive highly strategic cross-functional initiatives that enable growth.

• Lead the execution and continuous improvement of core operational processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with company goals.

• Oversee highly strategic cross-functional initiatives aimed at driving growth.

• Identify, structure, and resolve complex operational challenges, working with leadership to implement data-driven solutions.

• Develop and refine metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to track operational effectiveness and drive strategic decision-making.

• Manage and optimize business processes across departments, ensuring seamless coordination between teams such as Finance, Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

• Build and maintain a deep understanding of operational risks, dependencies, and efficiencies to enhance execution and mitigate challenges.

• Implement scalable, sustainable operational frameworks that support rapid growth and adapt to evolving business needs.

• 5+ years of experience in a business-strategy role (Management Consulting, Banking, Hedge Fund, Operations at a start-up, etc.), with a strong emphasis on execution and problem-solving.

• Proven ability to lead operational initiatives, optimize workflows, and drive efficiency in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in building data-driven models, dashboards, and reporting tools to inform decision-making.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, or financial services is a plus, especially in an operational capacity.

• Outstanding executive-level verbal and written communication skills.

Pay range is $130,000- $150,000.  Salary ranges are based on role, level, and location. The range shown reflects the target minimum and maximum for the role across all U.S. locations. Actual pay is determined by location, skills, and relevant experience.
