Own and harden Blockdaemon’s multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Build infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible, operate production GKE and GitOps deployments, manage network security, egress controls, Cloudflare, Tailscale, observability, and secure CI/CD pipelines. Participate in on-call and incident response, define reliability practices, automate manual work, and partner with security and platform engineering teams.

Serve as a technical and product expert for institutional blockchain customers, supporting enterprise sales cycles through solution design, technical evaluations, demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements. Advise financial institutions on Wallet, Nodes/APIs, and Staking products; translate business and technical needs into tailored architectures; collaborate with Product and Engineering; and represent the company at conferences and webinars. The role also develops technical documentation and incorporates customer feedback into product improvements.
