About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Lead Development Analyst to support our growth strategy by identifying, developing, and qualifying new business opportunities.
In this role, you will take a strategic and hands-on approach to lead development, combining market and account research, prospect engagement, data analysis, and pipeline management to help build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. You will partner closely with Client Partners, Sales Executives, and other commercial leaders to identify target accounts, develop outreach strategies, engage key decision-makers, and ensure qualified opportunities are effectively transitioned to the appropriate sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how research, data, technology, and thoughtful prospect engagement come together to drive business development results.
Responsibilities

• Research target companies, industries, decision-makers, business challenges, and market trends to identify potential opportunities and support account strategies.
• Engage prospective clients to understand business needs, identify potential areas of opportunity, and assess alignment with our solutions and services.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria, business fit, decision-making authority, potential opportunity, and readiness for sales engagement.
• Develop targeted prospecting and outreach strategies in partnership with Client Partners, Sales Executives, and other commercial leaders.
• Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations and develop approaches for establishing meaningful connections.
• Coordinate and facilitate introductions and meetings between qualified prospects and the appropriate sales leaders.
• Maintain accurate and timely prospect, account, activity, and opportunity information within Salesforce.
• Monitor lead progression and pipeline activity to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for increased engagement.
• Analyze lead generation and business development data to evaluate outreach effectiveness, conversion activity, and pipeline performance.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and insights to support business development planning and leadership decision-making.
• Monitor industry, market, and competitor trends to identify emerging opportunities and potential target accounts.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams on targeted campaigns, account-based initiatives, events, and other lead-generation activities.
• Support continuous improvement of lead development processes, qualification standards, reporting, and standard operating procedures.
• Share market intelligence and prospect feedback with internal stakeholders to help refine targeting strategies and sales approaches.
• Participate in business intelligence, pipeline, and sales strategy meetings and provide analysis and recommendations based on lead-development activity.
• Manage multiple priorities and business development initiatives while maintaining a high level of organization, responsiveness, and follow-through.
Requirements
• Bring 5+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, sales development, account development, sales operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrate experience researching and developing target accounts and identifying key business decision-makers.
• Possess strong prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to translate market and account research into actionable business development strategies.
• Communicate effectively with prospective clients, sales leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Demonstrate experience working with CRM platforms, with Salesforce strongly preferred.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, prospect, and activity information and understand the importance of CRM data integrity.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Collaborate effectively with Client Partners, Sales Executives, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
