If you are driven by an eagerness to disrupt, have a passion for collaboration, and are excited about shaping the future of mobility, we would love to hear from you.

About the role

You'll join our Strategy & Business Growth team, where you will contribute to growth strategy and lead post-merger integration and transformation programs end to end. Working closely with senior management, you will assess new growth opportunities for the business, build delivery plans, drive synergy and value creation initiatives, and establish the governance structures that keep complex cross-functional programs on track. This role spans both strategy and hands-on execution — from high-level framing to detailed follow-up.
Job requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • 4–6+ years in Inhouse Consulting, Corporate Strategy, M&A Integration, Transformation, Business  Operations, or Strategy Consulting
  • Strong ownership and project management: work planning, milestone management, dependency tracking, prioritization, and delivering at pace
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives and push topics to decisions under ambiguity
  • Superior stakeholder management with the ability to influence without authority and build alignment across senior leaders and teams
  • Clear and concise executive communication with the ability to prepare powerful decks, memos, and status updates
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguity into options, recommendations, and practical plans
  • Comfort working across both strategic and operational topics, moving from high-level framing to detailed execution follow-up
  • Proven experience supporting integration, transformation, or enterprise-wide change initiatives in a structured and hands-on way
  • High degree of independence and judgment, with the ability to run projects with limited guidance

Job responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Contribute to strategic growth projects, helping evaluate options and build an actionable roadmap
  • Lead post-merger integration and transformation programs, guided by the value creation plan and  business case
  • Build delivery plans across business and functional workstreams, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource needs
  • Coordinate end-to-end execution across functions such as product, technology, GTM, finance, HR, legal, and operations
  • Drive implementation and tracking of synergy initiatives and other value creation measures defined during deal evaluation and planning
  • Establish governance for integration and transformation initiatives, including steering cadences, issue escalation, status reporting, and decision forums
  • Support change management and organizational transition topics by clarifying future-state ways of working, ownership, and interfaces
  • Prepare senior management materials with crisp narratives on progress, risks, trade-offs, and decisions required
  • Build and refine integration playbooks, templates, and tracking tools to improve repeatability, quality, and speed across future integrations
