You act as the bridge between data engineering and analytics for our people analytics solutions. In the first six months, you lead the build of  scalable human resources (HR) one data platform in the cloud on AWS and lay the foundation for reliable data. Afterwards, you develop and operate people analytics (AI) use cases that deliver measurable business impact. You take technical leadership, mentor the team, and foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and learning.

Your skills

  • Master (ETH/Uni/AUS) in Data Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Psychology, Economics, Mathematics or Computer Science
  • Several years of experience in data engineering, analytics or data science and in building data platforms in the cloud
  • Very strong programming and database skills in Python/R and SQL
  • Experience delivering impact-focused analyses and models as well as technical leadership
  • Experience with machine learning / AI use case delivery
  • Strong ability to solve complex problems and think in systems
  • Enjoy collaboration and exchange and the bridge between technology and business
  • Communicative and convincing in presentations and when dealing with stakeholders
  • Very good English in spoken and written form; German or French is an advantage

Skills Required
