We are looking for an entrepreneurial and business-driven Manager / Business Head – Employee Transport Services (ETS) to lead and scale a high-growth corporate mobility business. This role offers the opportunity to build and expand a strategic business vertical from the ground up, leveraging existing transportation infrastructure, fleet resources, and operational capabilities to serve enterprise clients. As the business owner for the ETS vertical, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring and managing corporate accounts, developing commercial models, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines strong B2B sales expertise with operational understanding, commercial acumen, and the ability to build long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers. This is a high-visibility leadership role with direct exposure to senior management and significant influence over business strategy, profitability, and future growth.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and acquire enterprise clients for employee transportation services.
- Lead end-to-end business development activities including prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Develop customized service proposals, pricing structures, contracts, and SLA frameworks based on client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, and business stakeholders within client organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client management, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities within existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and SLA adherence.
- Design and implement operational playbooks, escalation processes, routing strategies, and reporting frameworks.
- Own and manage the business unit’s P&L, revenue targets, profitability, and operational KPIs.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Present business performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Build scalable processes and governance mechanisms to support long-term business growth.
- 2–8 years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management roles.
- Strong experience in fleet management, logistics, transportation, facility services, mobility solutions, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to independently source, negotiate, and close enterprise-level business opportunities.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategy, business case development, and P&L management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities and customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to balance business growth objectives with operational execution requirements.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a business vertical from the ground up.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on business outcomes.
