The Role

Position Summary

The role will play a pivotal role in managing and growing Samsung’s Enhanced Partnership Programme, a key initiative offering exclusive perks and benefits to curated partners across the private, public, and educational sectors. This role focuses on expanding the partner network through strategic acquisition and engagement, while optimizing program performance to deliver measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will identify growth opportunities, ensure partner satisfaction, and drive success through data-driven decision-making and tailored strategies

Role and Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential partners across prioritized sectors to expand the programme.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline through strategic outreach and relationship-building with key decision-makers.
  • Lead the end-to-end partner onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration, alignment with program requirements, and a smooth experience.
  • Drive program performance by meeting KPIs, including active users, partner engagement, and conversion rates, while implementing initiatives to increase partner participation and benefit utilization.
  • Analyze partner performance data to identify opportunities for growth, improved engagement, and enhanced program impact.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, building strong relationships through regular communication, feedback handling, and tailored support.
  • Prepare and deliver performance updates and reports for leadership, highlighting program achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Identify and engage SMB customers with corporate purchase needs through targeted outreach and lead generation to drive revenue growth

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in business development, account management, ideally in a B2B or eCommerce environment.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and grow partnerships, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and develop long-term relationships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience tracking program performance, interpreting data, and providing actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis platforms such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
