Job Summary

Effectively facilitate the deployment and implementation of Business Continuity Management System, monitoring the operation performance of each function to ensure that they are aligned with the organization's business continuity management processes and procedures

Job Description

• Coordinate with line functions to perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Risk Assessment, develop Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), including processes and procedures, to ensure that they are relevant, accurate, up-to-date and practical. 
• Manage periodic BCP Exercise/Test for enterprise-wide level and functional levels, document the results, prepare BCP Exercise Report, summarize findings and recommendations for improvement.
• Perform periodic reviews of all documents under the scope of BCMS such as policies, procedures, manuals, BCP, etc. and revise those documents, to ensure that they are complete and correct.
• Document controller of documents and records in the BCMS system.
• Upon request by various stakeholders (such as auditors, steering committees, working groups), prepare all documents under the scope of BCMS for their review, attend meetings and interviews, to ensure that the Company can properly maintain its standardization and certification status.
• Develop and maintain training and awareness program.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Risk Management Unit.
