What You Will Get To Do:

  • Participate in the preparation of project plans applying Scrum/Agile methodology
  • Lead participants in the project life cycle from inception to production
  • Liaise between our clients and internal development teams to ensure detailed requirements are understood and documented
  • Facilitate the building or modifying of our applications to meet client and industry needs
  • Engaging in new client launches, conversions, activation of products/functionality, and support of production issues

What You Will Bring:

  • Experience with requirements analysis and requirements management tools and techniques
  • Experience in various project methodologies within the software development life cycle
  • Strong understanding of IT systems and architectures and the ability to communicate effectively with developers, architects, and QA.
  • Capability to analyze and model end‑to‑end business processes and understand how technology enables or improves them. AS‑IS / TO‑BE process flows. Use of BPMN, UML, or similar modelling techniques
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to engage stakeholders across business, technology, and leadership levels.
  • Adheres to software development standards, processes and best practices
  • Canadian regulatory expertise
  • Proficient knowledge of Canadian Mutual and Segregated funds market
  • Solid understanding of SDLC processes, Agile methodologies (SCRUM), and Release/Change Management practices
  • Exposure to enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and SharePoint
  • Requires strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communications

Salary Range: $106,641 - 138,000
