Salary range (but not limited to):

94,200 - 115,200

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst, OPL to join our growing team.


What you’ll do here:

  • Cost allocation and financial controls
    • Partner with regional Finance teams to ensure the accuracy of month-end and budget allocations.
    • Validate allocations, maintain a strong internal control environment, and keep complete documentation (processes, controls, supporting evidence).
    • Support the implementation of new or revised accounting standards and serve as a key contact for internal and external auditors.
  • Tools, data, and operational efficiency
    • Maintain and enhance the Oracle EPCM cost allocation tool (including continuous process improvement).
    • Ensure smooth and reliable data flow throughout the budgeting cycle between Finance, Actuarial, and stakeholders.
  • Business analysis and stakeholder engagement
    • Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, end users, and leadership.
    • Gather, structure, and document requirements (interviews, workshops), and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations.
    • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and support alignment across business, technology, and support teams.
  • Projects, change, and quality assurance
    • Plan and coordinate initiatives related to organizational changes (impacts, communications, adoption).
    • Support Quality Assurance (QA): test preparation, planning, and execution.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or equivalent); CPA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in functional analysis and process improvement.
  • Advanced Excel and the Oracle ecosystem (EPCM, EPBCS, Smart View).
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry (an asset).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; solution-oriented mindset.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Excellent time and priority management; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Very strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
