Lead accounting and administration for multiple alternative investment funds (primarily private equity). Oversee financial reporting, investor allocations, distribution waterfalls, audits, client relationships, team development, and review of fund documents and deliverables.

Provide transaction-processing and account servicing for mutual fund clients, handling purchases, redemptions, account maintenance, and new account setup. Ensure accuracy, meet quality and productivity targets, communicate with advisors and shareholders to resolve issues, and collaborate virtually. Senior reps review work, coach others, and recommend procedural changes.

Lead fund administration teams for private equity clients, oversee onboarding, prepare audited/unaudited financial statements, manage audits, review allocations and ledgers across GAAP standards, maintain reporting calendar, reconcile key metrics, and serve as client-facing partner to improve reporting and operations.

The role involves preparing Net Assets Values for Alternative Funds, processing trades, reconciling cash and holdings, and generating financial reports.
