Position Summary
This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service partners to support streamlined business operations and effective communication.
- Key responsibilities include analyzing and streamlining existing business processes, managing escalations, and coordinating with stakeholders during outages or technical issues.
- The position requires creating and maintaining policy and procedure documentation, navigating SharePoint, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) for enhancements related to member and provider communications.
- Position will also periodically support Role Based Access Control including reviewing access tickets and gathering information for SOC audits.
- Additional duties include performing reconciliations, organizing audits, and working with internal and external auditors to maintain compliance and prevent process gaps.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience supporting business operations, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage escalations and technical issues
- Business process analysis and improvement
- Policy and procedure documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Audit support and reconciliation expertise
- Knowledge of SOC 1/SOC 2 audits and access reviews
- Claims processing knowledge
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Information Systems, or a related field preferred or relevant experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $122,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
