Position Overview
Softeta is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in our team. This role is ideal for a talent who possesses proven experience in gathering requirements and translating them into actionable insights within the tech space.
You will join an exciting greenfield project to build a marketplace platform, designed for a client based in Switzerland. The platform will connect consultants with businesses seeking their expertise, offering a modern, scalable solution built entirely from scratch using the latest technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough needs assessments through stakeholder engagement sessions to gather requirements;
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories;
- Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and validate solutions;
- Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog;
- Work closely with project teams to implement solutions that meet client expectations and adhere to timelines;
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis or a related field;
- Proven experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM;
- Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to solving problems;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Familiarity with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) is essential for designing, analyzing, and communicating complex business processes.
- Knowledge of software development life cycles and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
