If you want to:
- Own the translation of product data into insights that directly shape our security suite — focusing on features, navigation, usability, retention, and cost efficiency.
- Lead the business requirements: define what should be measured, why it matters, and how it connects to strategic outcomes.
- Act as a partner to Product Managers, ensuring data work is anchored in business priorities and user experience goals.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts to set the right metrics, frameworks, and models, providing the business context behind measurement.
- Analyze customer journeys, usage patterns, and service-level performance to uncover actionable insights for product improvements.
- Be the voice of the customer and business context in analytics discussions, keeping insights tied to real-world needs and opportunities.
- Contribute to best practices in business analysis — mentoring peers, new colleagues and raising the quality of requirement setting, insight generation, and decision-making.
- Be the driver of analytical development in your domain and company overall.
And you can check off:
- Proven experience as a senior business or product analyst in SaaS, mobile, or digital products (VPN/cybersecurity experience a plus).
- A strong track record of influencing product outcomes through insights (e.g., driving feature adoption, optimizing usability, reducing churn, sunsetting, improving cost allocation).
- Excellent skills in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and consultative communication — turning ambiguity into clarity.
- Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) — enough to explore data and validate assumptions, while partnering closely with data teams.
- Experience with usability and behavioral analysis: understanding navigation bottlenecks, app flow, and feature performance.
- Ability to define KPIs that matter and connect them to product strategy.
- Skills in storytelling with insights, making complex findings actionable and persuasive for decision-makers.
- Curious and proactive in developing domain knowledge — eager to master VPN, privacy, and SaaS user behavior.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience with designing/analysing (post-test) product A/B tests is a plus.
- Experience with R/Python is also a plus.
