The Role
Are you excited about driving growth through data-powered marketing insights? Do you enjoy uncovering patterns in customer journeys, campaign performance, and lifecycle metrics that unlock smarter decisions? We are looking for a Mid/Senior Business data Analyst to guide our marketing strategy with clear, actionable insights.
In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with marketing leaders and growth teams to connect data with business impact. From defining the KPIs that matter to analyzing funnels, attribution, and ROI, you’ll be the partner who ensures marketing spend and strategy deliver maximum efficiency and customer value. This is your chance to shape how data drives acquisition, retention, and brand performance at scale.

If you want to:

  • Translate marketing performance data into insights that drive smarter decisions across acquisition, retention, lifecycle, and brand campaigns.
  • Lead the business requirements process: clarify what should be measured, why it matters, and how it links to growth and efficiency.
  • Partner with Marketing Leadership to prioritize analytical needs and ensure insights are tied to strategy and impact.
  • Work closely with Data Analysts and Data Scientists — shaping what questions to answer, aligning models with business context, and turning outputs into actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze customer journeys, funnels, and campaign ROI to uncover growth opportunities, optimize spend, and improve retention.
  • Building/collabing incrementality studies and marketing mix modeling, ensuring findings lead to real budget and strategy decisions. (considered as  a plus)
  • Act as the voice of the business and customer in analytics discussions, keeping measurement anchored in outcomes, not just outputs.
  • Mentor peers and contribute to best practices in business analysis for marketing, ensuring consistency in KPI definitions, requirements gathering, and insight storytelling.

And you can check off:

  • Proven experience as a business or marketing analyst in SaaS, subscription, or digital businesses.
  • A strong track record of turning insights into outcomes — e.g., lowering acquisition costs, improving funnel conversion, boosting retention, reallocating spend more efficiently.
  • Excellent skills in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and consultative communication — you make the ambiguous clear.
  • Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) — enough to validate assumptions and explore data while partnering with technical teams.
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and lifecycle metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, payback).
  • Hands-on experience working with incrementality tests and marketing mix models — not building them, but using them to guide budget allocation and marketing strategy.
  • Strong ability to define KPIs that matter, keeping teams aligned on the metrics that drive growth.
  • Skills in storytelling with insights, making complex findings persuasive for marketing leaders and executives.
  • Curiosity and domain fluency in digital marketing, SaaS growth, and customer behavior.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Here’s the deal:

  • Growth and learning opportunities: time dedicated to learning, conferences, online learning platforms, and books for your professional development;
  • Health and wellness: we want you to feel and be your best. That's why we offer various benefits, from online workouts and a physical coach to health insurance and regular mental health checks;
  • Tools of your choice: choose the technical equipment and tools you need to do your best work;
  • Community and celebrations: get ready for long-lasting traditions such as yearly workation, Friday get-togethers, various team buildings and company celebrations;
  • Work-life balance: We encourage working in the office, with the possibility of up to two remote days per week. Plus, with our WFA policy, you can work from almost anywhere in the world;
  • More days off: additional vacation days depending on your tenure;
  • Premium Surfshark accounts: for you, your family, and friends;
  • Gross salary:3200-5900 Eur/month for the Lithuanian market, 17600-25100 PLN/month for the Polish market. It may vary depending on your skills and experience.
