Manage business and IT change projects from initiation through completion, including plans, scope, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Run multiple projects in parallel, facilitate meetings and workshops, identify delivery risks, and drive resolutions. Work with UK-based business and technology teams in a flexible Agile/Scrum environment, with occasional UK travel.

Lead migration of applications and identities from ADFS to Microsoft Entra ID for a banking client. Assess federation environments, configure SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect integrations, manage provisioning, lifecycle processes, Conditional Access, MFA, and access policies. Develop PowerShell scripts and reusable migration templates, coordinate cutovers with application, security, and infrastructure teams, troubleshoot issues, and document runbooks and operational procedures.

Develop and maintain secure, responsive banking web applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript. Integrate frontend systems with REST APIs and backend services, collaborate with product, design, engineering, and QA teams, and write comprehensive automated tests. Diagnose and resolve performance, usability, compatibility, and production issues while contributing to scalable, accessible, and reliable frontend solutions.

Design scalable frontend solutions, integrate REST APIs and backend services, collaborate with product, design, engineering, and QA teams, write comprehensive automated tests, and resolve performance, usability, compatibility, and production issues.

Own the target architecture and migration strategy from ADFS to Microsoft Entra ID. Lead discovery, assessment, application integration design, provisioning and identity lifecycle planning, and establish security and compliance guardrails. Develop reference implementations, approved configurations, templates, and automation scripts while independently driving initiatives for a banking-sector client.

Develop and maintain scalable React and TypeScript frontend applications in a Turbo monorepo, build Fastify backend utilities, and implement micro-frontend architecture with Module Federation. Create reusable UI components, type-safe APIs, and comprehensive automated tests. Maintain code quality with Biome and monitor performance and observability using OpenTelemetry and Prometheus. The role supports a banking-sector client in a flexible hybrid or remote Agile environment.

Develop and maintain native Android banking applications using Kotlin and Java. Own features from requirements through release, integrate REST APIs and SQL databases, improve performance and stability, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with product, design, backend, and QA teams. Contribute to architecture, code reviews, Agile planning, and development-practice improvements.

Design, build, and maintain scalable on-premises infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code. Manage high-volume systems, proxies, load balancers, monitoring, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and infrastructure tooling. Own architectural decisions, drive continuous improvement, evaluate emerging technologies, and develop adoption roadmaps. The role also requires Linux administration, server-side development, virtualized infrastructure experience, and effective use of AI tools.
