Key Responsibilities:
- Lead collaboration with client-facing teams (including product management, client relations, and commercialization teams) to deeply analyze business requirements for company's products' coverage. You will design and optimize processes, data structures, and workflows to support these evolving business needs.
- Demonstrate expertise in corporate and financial data, identifying and integrating the right data sources and key datapoints into data flows that align with strategic business requirements.
- Drive strategic analysis to assess the impact of new business requirements on existing data flows and operational processes, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to decision-makers.
- Own the documentation process by creating and maintaining comprehensive, accurate records of redesigned processes and data structures. Ensure effective handover to team members responsible for ongoing execution.
- Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on data and operational methodologies through multiple communication channels (email, tickets, calls), ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
- Lead initiatives to identify automation solutions, streamlining data and process management to boost efficiency and enhance data quality across the Data Management team's operational workflows.
- Evaluate feedback from various stakeholders and collaborate closely to design and implement solutions that drive process improvements and data flow optimization.
- As a senior leader, you will also contribute to broader organizational goals by taking on additional responsibilities as required by changes in the company's business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated expertise in understanding complex business processes and assessing the impact of business requirements on data flows.
- In-depth understanding of financial markets and corporate-related data.
- Good knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL or similar dialects) to query and analyze data effectively.
- Extensive experience in translating business needs into technical requirements for development teams.
- Proven success in stakeholder management in a dynamic environment.
- Strong collaborative mindset and the ability to work as part of a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Master's or bachelor's degree in related discipline - business, finance, science
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Knowledge and understanding of the financial service industry in combination with the SRI/RI market;
- Experience with Agile project management/Scrum
- Passion about global sustainability issues like environment protection or human rights.
