PURPOSE

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Brand & Marketing Executive in the Brand & Marketing Team who shares FWD’s vision of changing the way people feel about insurance and would like to demonstrate his/her/ expertise in achieve the common goal.

The Brand & Marketing team drives overall brand and marketing strategy across the company including product launches, campaigns, advertisements across different channels, social media content and is the brand guardian for all communication materials. The team is also responsible for all product collaterals for both online and agency channels.

The ideal candidate will be an integral member in the Brand & Marketing team, supporting all efforts above. He/she/they will own projects, and be accountable for creative development, relevant procurement processes, reporting and budgeting, to deliver successful outcomes to support our brand and business goals.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support Distribution team to lead projects for creative development, production and execution for product launches, channel activation and events to drive brand and commercial goals.
  • Drive end-to-end planning for content on FWD accounts including research, ideation, and more.
  • Coordinate key conversations with Group Office, research agency and local stakeholders on all brand-health related metrics, insight, and projects.
  • Play the role of brand guardian to ensure that brand guidelines are adhere across all materials.
  • Drive key brand and product marketing initiatives. This includes project management, coordinating with internal stakeholders to define their marketing objectives, proposing creative and media recommendations, and managing projects end-to-end to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Support the planning of brand-led, corporate, and internal events as well as CSR and community events.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Keen contributor with at least 4 years of experience in managing and executing social/ brand/ product advertising materials.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/communications preferred.
  • Proven record of product marketing collaterals, like brochures, product summary and other sales enablement materials
  • Experience in collaborating with graphic designers, vendors, and agencies.
  • Good understanding of building product-led marketing content to highlight USPs, key product benefits as others.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project manager who can run multiple projects independently, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Background in the insurance industry preferred.
  • Experience in events planning/coordination

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY

  • Creative and always on the lookout for fresh content and trends.
  • Good understanding of social media
  • Familiarity with design platform tools such as Figma, Canva and more.
  • Adaptable and open to different types of marketing work
  • Quick and curious learner
  • Team player with a can-do attitude, is pro-active, and has an aptitude to pick up new skills.
  • Eye for design, good writing skills, competent in Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
