Working with cross-functional and regional teams, you implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth. You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities.
How you will contribute
Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources. In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

As a part of this role, you will have chance to lead the team on a broad scope of projects to build your marketing and leadership skills:
Brand Strategies:
Develop long term vision and strategies to grow the Savoury portfolio anchored in consumer needs by collaborating with key cross functional partners
Innovation and Renovation:
Build long term pipeline of consumer first and customer centric innovation (format, flavours, beyond the core) & renovation. Proactively lead the team to drive both short- and long-term development, including product development unique for the Canadian market.
Execution with excellence:
Lead our cross-functional team to deliver end to end execution excellence for our Savoury business, from commercialization all the way to customer presentation and in-market execution.
Bring insights and analysis into action:
Become the champion of consumer needs for each key season. Proactively monitor brand & season performance along with key competitors across the market. Work with partners to provide seasonal recommendations.
Business acumen: lead the team to profitable growth by leveraging all levers of the P&L.
Brand building and In-store activation:
Build brand equity of our Savoury portfolio in Canada by developing remarkable creative & media working in strong collaboration with the brand team.
Cross-functional Leadership. Cultivate a growth mindset and strong working relationships with both internal (Sales, R&D, Supply, Revenue Growth Management, Insights & Analytics, Sales planning, E-commerce) and external partners (agencies, packaging designs...)
People management:
Lead, develop, coach, and engage the seasonal marketing team by building a culture of high performance & strong connections.

Education / Certifications:
Completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Salary and Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this position is $131,000 to $163,750 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 17% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. Mondelez also offers several generous employee benefits (some subsidized or fully paid for by the company), including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, and enhanced vacation and holiday entitlements.
